- Non-Refundable Payments: Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable, and all sales are final.

- Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product, provided it is returned in the same condition it was sent out in. (the return shipping is covered by the client)
- Damaged Packages: If the package is damaged in transit, clients are covered up to the amount agreed upon at the time of purchase. For full coverage, please choose the high-value shipping method.
